Refund Returns and Exchange Guide

No Questions asked Returns Policy for City of Nagpur, Maharastra.
This entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account on Mantrimart. This can be used to pay for your subsequent shopping bills.

At Mantrimart.com, our aim is to deliver a great experience and 100% satisfaction to our shoppers.
We accept returns within 1 days from delivery.
We will arrange reverse pickup for your order ( subject to courier service ability at the address)
In case of Non-serviceable pickup location, you may send the products via India Post and share the booking receipt on our Customer Care whats app number.

Below conditions qualify the products to be returnable:
1. Is within 1 days from shipment delivery.
2. The products packet is not opened and used.
3. The products are with all the tags intact.

* Kindy note Perishable Products are Non-Returnable.

For return or exchange, you are required to submit a return request on Whats app. Our team will get back to you with assistance. Please tap whats app button below if required.

Refunds (if applicable)
* Once your returned shipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and banks may take up to 7 days to credit back the amount.
Kindly note shipping charges paid by the customer is non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, kindly share the below bank details from your whatsapp number to customer care whats app.

Kindly make sure that the shared details are correct. Mantri mart will not be responsible for refunds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You may exchange the product for weight/volume variants or exchange with another product.
In case of exchange with another product, the difference in product price (if applicable) has to be paid by the customer. If the price of the desired product is lesser than the returned (paid) product, we’ll refund the difference amount.
